Sadly I think I will be joining the departing ranks of season ticket holders. Not that I care any less than I always have but cant justify the outlay in the current climate and its not as if its £62 in either! Oyston is going nowhere and neither are Blackpool. We will eventually drop out of this division in 2/3 years time and I fear, become a shadow of what we could have become if the Prem money was properly invested.

Oyston even has the nerve to question when we care about Squires Gate. As proper fans we care about all aspects of the club and always want the best for the team, the club and the town. Its two years since we beat Liverpool and I've yet to meet a Pool fan who doesnt look like someone has nicked their wallet!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1354971713619823814.post-14020086333562585922013-01-12T13:18:45.071+00:002013-01-12T13:18:45.071+00:00Spot on - I am not going on Tuesday and am serious...Spot on - I am not going on Tuesday and am seriously considering not renewing my long standing seson ticket - awating developments - investment in the football side of kokos businessAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1354971713619823814.post-56055272559674028392013-01-12T01:16:52.209+00:002013-01-12T01:16:52.209+00:00Well written article. If you was a player or a manager and didn't do anything else other than look at the pitch and the training ground, the first question you would ask the Chairman is when are you going to invest in the tools the squad needs to succeed. The recent events prove Holloway probably was at the end of his tether.
Having said that Oyston was responsible for giving Holloway his chance to get back into the game but whereas Holloway tried to build "something special" Oyston seems to bottle it or something more sinister. It remains to be seen just how good a Manager Appleton is, and that probably won't be at Blackburn. ishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05104204333004814442noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1354971713619823814.post-84439925545306015812013-01-11T23:07:33.166+00:002013-01-11T23:07:33.166+00:00Absolutely fantastic & very accurate article! ...Absolutely fantastic & very accurate article! It's a pity our local media outlets neither have the talent or the balls to write something as factually accurate regarding the bloodsucking leeches AKA The Oyston family.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1354971713619823814.post-17400661807530782932013-01-11T22:49:45.059+00:002013-01-11T22:49:45.059+00:00 have followed blackpool since 1963 iam 61 now.i e... have followed blackpool since 1963 iam 61 now.i eat and sleep blackpool football club, at the moment i am thinking of calling it a day ,the players and managers give there all .the owners just take take take .if you have not got the tools for the job you wont do a good job,in this case footballers need a desent playing area.its just a money making machine for the owners.i think i will go and watch fleetwood town next season,if the owners do not start supporting the club they own.i cannot be botherd getting a ticket for the fulham game.i have been a season ticket holder with my son for the last 5 years.i feel so deflated with this recent event at our club.we have great fans ,but i expect halve the season ticket holders not to renew next season ,if things do not change .i hope the owners get to read this ,and sort this mess outjohn holtnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1354971713619823814.post-79214786824625799312013-01-11T20:24:41.652+00:002013-01-11T20:24:41.652+00:00Quite simply a brilliant article which the majorit...Quite simply a brilliant article which the majority of sane Pool supporters would agree with.
